You cancel your enrollment within 7 days of completing payment. - Technical Difficulties:
If persistent technical issues prevent you from attending classes and our support team is unable to resolve them. - Unsatisfactory Experience:
If you feel the teaching approach does not meet your expectations and inform us with valid reasons within the first 7 days of enrollment.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is submitted after 7 days from the payment date.
- The student discontinues classes after the refund eligibility period.
- Classes are missed without prior notice or communication.
- The student violates academy policies or displays inappropriate behavior.
How to Request a Refund

- Our team will carefully review your request within 3 to 5 working days.
- If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Modification & Cancellation
- If scheduling is the main concern, we recommend requesting a class reschedule instead of a refund.
- To pause or cancel your subscription, please inform us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid charges.
